Electrical Construction Supervisor - Mid-Atlantic Region

Our Mid-Atlantic regional office located in Bensalem, PA office is in need of an Electrical Construction Supervisor. This position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to perform well in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate should be a team player and be capable of motivating and directing direct reports and sub-contractors to successfully deliver projects.

Primary point of contact for project opportunities and ongoing work:

  • Forecast electrical manpower and resource requirements
  • Develop sub-contractor and vendor relationships
  • Work with clients and project managers to develop preliminary scopes of work
  • Provide electrical estimates
  • Maintain estimating software and standards
  • Develop materials front loading per project
  • Propose and deliver electrical construction services
  • Monitor quality control on electrical projects

Qualifications:

  • Master electrician license
  • History of successful project cost estimating
  • Minimum 10 years of electrical project management – AC/DC power in critical facilities (telecom head end) experience:
    • Service entrance
    • Transient voltage surge suppression (TVSS)
    • Standby generator
    • Portable generator deployment
    • Automatic and manual transfer switches (ATS & MTS)
    • Uninterruptible power supply (UPS)
    • DC power plant – (Lineage)
    • Battery Systems (DEKA, C&D)
    • Inverter Systems (ALPHA, Benning)
    • Grounding: AC & DC Systems
    • Ladder rack and fiber infrastructure
  • Experience working in live facilities with 24x7 operations requirements
  • Familiarity with Bellcore and Telcordia standards
