Kenneth Rapoport, Founder and CEO

Ken has 25+ yrs of field engineering credentials, a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (from UT Austin), and a highly successful entrepreneurial track record.  What makes Ken’s ideas and vision truly unique to the marketplace is his exuberance, high energy, and single-minded focus to deliver outstanding services to EEC’s clients. Ken functions at all levels and takes a “hands-on” approach to running EEC, occasionally reviewing critical shutdown procedures, or engineering strategy plans - he cut his teeth running multi-million dollar operations with Schlumberger International in remote locations around the world.  Failure for Ken is never an option.  As the founder of EEC, Ken has been leading the way for the past 24 years.

Michael Kingsley, President

Mike Kingsley - PresidentWith over fifteen years at the helm of EEC, Michael continues to lead the management team to effectively deliver quality services to clients.  Michael has previous worldwide experience in delivering infrastructure solutions for Digital Equipment Corporation and has specialized design, construction, and operational skills.  Michael has senior management experience, P&L responsibility within a Fortune 100 corporation, a degree in electrical engineering (BSEE - Northeastern) and a MBA from Norwich University, enabling Michael to drive the EEC organization to deliver trend-setting quality standards in the industry.
  

James Harmon, President - EEC NY

Jim Harmon - President, EEC NYJim joined EEC in 1996 as the Vice President of Operations, in early 2008, Jim took over as President of the new EEC NY. Influenced by the intense system availability demands of large financial institutions, such as Aetna and Fleet Financial, Jim possesses dual academic credentials of a BSCS and BSEE. His strengths include a wide-ranging knowledge of facilities management, with direct responsibility for critical data center and telecom facilities, as well as the analytical process driven approach to predictive maintenance.

   

James A. Stark, P.E., Design/Build Manager

Jim has been with EEC for over fifteen years providing engineering and construction project management in the Professional Services Group.  He has extensive experience in delivering mission critical data center projects, site assessments and power quality studies.  Jim has a degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and is a registered professional electrical engineer.

Lealand Chittim, Director of Operations

Lealand is a proven leader who excels in motivating and coaching a staff of many in delivering quality services in support of the corporate mission. Lealand has over 14 years of experience successfully leading and managing service organizations, all within technical industries. Lealand’s customer focus, coupled with his drive and enthusiasm, is a welcome asset to EEC and its clients. Lealand has achieved high academic success earning his BSBA and Masters of Science in Management both from the Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA
