We are currently seeking an experienced Program Account Manager to work at our Marlborough Headquarters office. The Program Account Manager will serve as the primary customer contact for a number of strategic accounts. You will be the major liaison between EEC and the Customer for ongoing communications. Responsibilities will include developing strong working relationship with the Customer's focal points and ensure proper escalation, execution and resolution of emergencies, issues and concerns.
You will look to expand and create new opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Work with the area Sales Managers to create new opportunities to ensure a high win ratio for new business for AC & DC power systems, HVAC and Standby Power as well as identifying replacements and upgrades and ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of customer program and scope.
- Drive prospect qualification and solution positioning.
- Coordinate the development, presentation, and demonstration of the company's capabilities for qualified prospects.
- Participate in all aspects of proposal generation, including project identification and implementation.
- Oversee post-sales support to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
- Prepare for account reviews and quality assurance.
- Minimize the company’s exposure and risk on projects.
- Prepare status reports for Senior Management.
- Ensure program documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Client Management
Manages day-to-day client interaction.
Sets and manages client expectations.
Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
Prepare monthly customer reports, based on program completion status.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Required skills
Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
Must have the ability to make a high volume of calls per day and communicate across assigned industry verticals and geographic locations (preferences and experience dictates).
Candidates must be self-motivated, possess an excellent work ethic, and have a commitment to growth in existing accounts.
