National Sales Executive

As our business continues to grow, we have a created a new opening for a National Sales Executive. In this position you will be responsible for developing and selling service and construction opportunities to national accounts. You will require knowledge of mission critical infrastructure and support systems for data center and telecommunication operations as well as travel the East Cost 50% of your time.

Essential Job Duties:

Associated responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate company’s response to all national RFP bids.
  • Works with sales team members in the field including outside sales and regional management to penetrate new opportunities or current clients on a national wide basis. 
  • Manage and work closely with inside sales team to focus and effectively penetrate targeted areas and companies.
  • Responsible for mining national organizations to identify decision makers and arrange meetings between those decision-makers and EEC Sales team. 
  • The ideal candidate is a real go-getter with a creative mind, and a can do attitude.
  • Develops, solicits, perform systematic follow-up, help to close new accounts, and handles customer inquiries. 
  • Identify and suggest marketing campaigns (direct mail, newsletters, etc) to help regions develop new business.
  • Other responsibilities include, maintaining timely and accurate weekly opportunity sales reports, forecasts, and updates.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong sales skills. 
  • Bachelors degree required 
  • Assist with preparation and presentation of sales proposals, RFP responses & presentation materials.
  • Five years sales and sales programs development experience.
  • Understanding of the telecommunication and data center operations. 
  • Excellent verbal and written capabilities needed. 
  • Experienced in computer applications such as MS Excel, Access, and Word with Contact Management software experience a real plus.
