Our affiliate company, Authorized Services of New England, LLC (ASNE), is currently seeking a Parts and Service Manager who will provide service and parts coordination in the New England market. The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize multiple tasks as well as possess the ability to form productive relationships with personnel at OEM and partner organizations. ASNE www.ASNE.com, is an authorized Generac generator and power systems dealer for the New England area covering Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island.

Manage parts inventory with Logistics organization.

Quote parts and service maintenance contracts. Follow up on quotes.

Coordinate generator installation, delivery and startups.

Customer Service Management with CRM package.

Coordinate all warranty repair claims with factory.

Provide technical support for sales reps.

Develop preventive service business.

Sell parts to walk-ins and other dealer organizations throughout New England.

Assist in training where required.

Attend sales calls.

Computer literate and knowledge of MS products.

Be familiar with CRM software.

Understand the workings of generators and good knowledge of parts.
