Electronic Environments Management Team

Electronic Environments Corporation encourages its Senior Management to challenge the conventional wisdom of service based organizations in pursuit of excellence.  Diversity in our experiences and backgrounds is a major source of strength. Together, EEC’s management team can deliver you the competitive edge.

Kenneth Rapoport, Founder and CEO
High academic achievement in obtaining a BSEE (UT, Austin ),  20+ yrs of field engineering credentials, and an entrepreneurial success record are just small  indications of his value to EEC.  What makes him truly unique to the organization is his high energy and exuberance to deliver outstanding services to our clients.  Don’t be surprised to find him reviewing critical shutdown procedures, or engineering strategy plans - he cut his teeth running multi-million dollar operations with Schlumberger International in remote locations around the world.  Failure is never an option.

Michael Kingsley, President
Over ten years with EEC; Mike leads the management team to effectively deliver quality services to clients.  Previous worldwide experience in delivering infrastructure solutions for Digital Equipment Corporation for 17 years only hints at the specialized design, construction, and operational skills that Mike brings to Electronic Environments.  Senior management experience, P&L responsibility within a Fortune 100 corporation, and a degree in electrical engineering (BSEE - Northeastern), enable Mike to drive our organization to deliver trend-setting quality standards in the industry.

James Harmon, Vice President
Influenced by the intense system availability demands of large financial institutions, such as Aetna and Fleet Financial, Jim possesses dual academic credentials of a BSCS and BSEE.  His strengths include a wide-ranging knowledge of facilities management, with direct responsibility for critical data and telecom facilities, as well as the analytical process driven approach to predictive maintenance.
