MARLBOROUGH, MASSACHUSETTS – November 7, 2007 – Electronic Environments Corporation (EEC) is pleased to announce that Joe St. Germain recently joined the company as its new Controller.  Working out of EEC’s corporate headquarters in Marlborough, MA, Joe is responsible for directing all aspects of the company’s financial operations.  Joe is a licensed C.P.A. with over 14 years of financial leadership and business operations experience.  With a keen focus on providing quality customer service, teamed with a vast knowledge of accounting principals and business processes, Joe brings a unique, multi-faceted approach to directing EEC’s financial operations. 

As Controller, Joe is responsible for managing Accounting, Billing, and EEC’s IT operations.  This includes leading, motivating, and managing; while remaining focused on refining processes and procedures to help run a more efficient cost effective organization.   Prior to EEC, Joe worked at Liko Inc. in Milford, MA, as the Vice President of Finance/Controller. Joe’s career also includes employment at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA, and Arthur Anderson in Boston and Washington DC.
