Responsible for driving customer satisfaction and service quality levels

MARLBOROUGH, MASSACHUSETTS,-- October 26, 2006 – Electronic Environments Corporation (EEC) is pleased to announce that Lealand Chittim has joined EEC as the new Northeast Regional Manager.  Lealand has over 14 years of experience, working within technical industries, successfully leading and managing service organizations.   He joins EEC from ThyssenKrupp Elevator in Woburn, Massachusetts, where he served as Service Superintendent.  

In his new role, Lealand will be responsible for EEC’s Northeast Service Operation.  This will include; leading, motivating, and managing regional service technicians, while maintaining a keen focus on continually improving the level of service EEC provides to its clients.  Michael Kingsley, President of EEC, stated, “Lealand’s customer focus, coupled with his drive and enthusiasm, is a welcome asset to EEC and its clients.  Lealand brings a strong customer service background to EEC, and we are confident he will help to sustain and improve the level of service we provide to our customers."
