The facility upgrade was performed by EEC without disruption to Ask Jeeves’ live production environment.
The project included state-of-the-art HVAC design strategies used to address the increased BTU loads commonly encountered with today’s high (100+ watts/sq.ft ) power densities in mission critical facilities. The scope of the expansion also included new primary power, switch gear, HVAC, fire protection, and UPS/standby power. EEC’s services included electrical & mechanical load analysis, space & equipment layout and design, specifications, budgetary cost estimates, project management, and electrical & mechanical construction services.
