The new building houses 32.5k square feet of total space, with EEC’s state-of-the-art National Dispatch Center existing as the focal point of the new facility. The center’s technology will help unify EEC’s dispatchers and technicians improving EEC’s efficiency and client handling. Scheduling and emergency response will be enhanced through the use of GPS technology, which will be projected up onto a large screen for all dispatchers to view.
