From the field to the desktop EEC Infrastructure Manager^TM  (EEC IM) captures and pools together all field and site data into one easy web accessible database.  EEC IM is our most exciting and powerful tool.  We have found that it is a rarity for a company to have a methodology in place for capturing and tracking infrastructure equipment information, including equipment condition, service records, age, maintenance costs, etc.  This is especially difficult for our clients with a national presence and sites dispersed throughout the U.S.  With EEC IM our clients now have this information at their fingertips.

All equipment information is logged into EEC Infrastructure Manager^TM  so the age, service information, and condition of the equipment can be tracked.  This task allows our technicians to do many things; including trending for a piece of equipment, cost of equipment reporting, and comparing equipment age to available mortality tables to determine when the equipment is close to reaching the end of its useful life, enabling us to forecast replacement. 

Hazardous waste tracking:

One of EEC Infrastructure Manager's most exciting new features is its environmental compliance feature.  EEC IM now offers chain of custody waste tracking for all waste types (batteries, oil, fuel, refrigerant, etc).   Our clients now have the ability to track all waste removed from their site anytime - day or evening - as it leaves their site and makes its way, via a certified carrier, through to a licensed recycling Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF).   Some of the information our clients can view and print includes:

• Service call and waste tracking report

• EPA number or State ID number after transfer to a licensed recycling/TSDF facility
