A comprehensive preventive maintenance program mitigates the risks of downtime and is essential in ensuring your equipment operates at peak performance. EEC has developed “best-in-business” maintenance practices that meet or exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations. Our comprehensive inspections focus on early detection of problems, as well as immediate replacement of suspicious components. Standard operating procedures guide our technicians, each of whom are encouraged to take whatever time necessary to thoroughly evaluate the equipment, and its surrounding sub-systems.
EEC technicians understand the inter-operability of the entire facility, and consider it their responsibility to assist in the resolution on ANY infrastructure related problem. EEC’s preventive maintenance visits serve as an in-depth examination of specific equipment, as well as a general review of the site conditions. EEC’s goal is to minimize unscheduled emergency visits and maximize infrastructure run time.
The number of Preventative Maintenance visits a client receives is dependent on the type of equipment being serviced and the level of coverage our clients choose. EEC offers three levels of service agreements to its clients: 1.0 which offers basic PM coverage, full 2.0 offering 5x8 coverage, coverage plus 3.0 offering 7x24 coverage.
